This program caters exclusively to contractors and carpenters, with participation limited to these professional categories; dealer registration is not supported.

Available in both Hindi and English, the app requires users to be registered members to access its full suite of features. Existing members can sign in using their mobile number, while new users are encouraged to register by providing their details, upon which our team will initiate follow-up contact. To become a member, interested individuals should contact their local Pidilite office or reach the FBK Stars customer support at 9377796000. Completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process is essential to unlock all app functionalities and redeem accumulated points.

KYC documentation can be submitted directly through the app or with assistance from a Pidilite representative. Once verified, users will be able to fully utilize the platform’s features, including loyalty point redemption and rewards management.

The application can be downloaded at no cost and offers features such as browsing the rewards catalog, viewing account details, and accessing the latest product updates related to FBK Stars. Users can accrue loyalty points by scanning barcodes of eligible coupons and product labels using the in-app scanner—which supports multiple scans—and then redeem these points for a range of gifts, including digital vouchers, home utilities, durable products, automobiles, and more. Certain gifts can be delivered directly to the user's address.

The 'Jeet ki Jodi' promotion is available in select markets for specific products; participants can scan applicable coupons within the app to add stars to their accounts. The app also provides comprehensive reports on star banking, redemptions, and balances.

Additional features include access to product demonstration videos and training content related to Falcofix, Bluecoat, and Bluefix brands. The featured video section highlights trending content, which can be shared easily with peers and clients.

The app requests permissions for camera use—necessary for barcode scanning; location data—to offer location-specific offers and services; and storage access—to save captured photos for future reference.
